Exercises

Exercises help the expectant mother to release Endorphins- ‘feel good hormone’. This keeps her pregnancy problems at bay. Be it yoga, pilates, ball, breathing techniques or stretches, the advantages are plenty. Once the baby is born, getting back to form, loosing pregnancy weight, working on the core and diastasis or performing kegels – all help to boost the mothers overall physical and mental health. A 20 – 30-minute exercise session along with other moms and babies help to ward off baby blues or PPD.
